About
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you can feel supported and empowered to create meaningful change.
Welcome!
I’m Katie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, License #79785) dedicated to helping individuals, families and young people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people—their emotions, relationships, and the stories that shape them. My journey to becoming a therapist began long before my formal education; it started with a deep curiosity about human connection and a desire to help others navigate life’s complexities.
Like many, I have faced my own challenges—periods of uncertainty, loss, adversity, and personal growth. During these times, I found healing through meaningful conversations and connections, where I was truly heard and understood. Now, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I’m honored to help individuals and families find clarity, resilience, and connection. Therapy isn’t just about overcoming struggles—it’s about growth and learning to live with a greater purpose and fulfillment.
